Object Each producer will showcase 3 vintages, including one in common: the 2010

Gala Dinner

Time 6:30pm: Registration, cocktail
7:30pm: Dinner starts
Venue Cocktail and Gala Dinner: St Bartholomew’s Church
Chef Top chef Alain Ducasse will be the participating chef. Alain Ducasse’s US team will handle the catering of the Gala dinner.
Food Specialties from Gironde and the Southwest of France.
Sommelier Chef Sommeliers Bernard Sun (Head Sommelier for Jean-George Group) and André Compeyre (Benoit New York a Bistro by Alain Ducasse, former sommelier at Bouley) will lead a team of 60 sommeliers.
