Our Chef 2015: Hélène Darroze

Born into a legacy of epicurean masters and raised in South West France, Chef Hélène Darroze began her career in 1990 at the three Michelin starred Louis XV as the right arm of Chef Alain Ducasse. In 1995, Hélène’s father gave her the keys to the kitchen of the family-run Relais & Châteaux in Villeneuve-de-Marsan. Four years later, she set her sights on opening her own eponymous establishment in Paris, and two years later she received her first Michelin star. Today Chef Darroze owns three fine dining destinations in Paris, London and Moscow.
On March 13, 2015, BurdiGala NYC will have the honor to welcome the multiple Michelin Star awarded Chef Hélène Darroze, where she will create an inspired 5 course menu to harmoniously pair with the Bordeaux wine selections brought by Châteaux and guests.
